We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations. This role involves full-cycle production management—from planning, coordination, execution, to shipment. The ideal candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot production issues, improve productivity, ensure product quality, and coordinate effectively with other departments.
* Responsibilities include:
– Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
– Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
– Resolve production issues promptly and independently.
– Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the production team.
– Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and compliance with company regulations.
– Collaborate with automation teams to ensure smooth implementation of automated systems.
– Cooperate closely with departments such as Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales
– Report to senior management on production performance and suggest improvements.
– Manage production costs and optimize resource utilization.
– Ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
