Mechanical Design Engineer (Tuyển Gấp)

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll play a role in creating smart, efficient automation solutions from concept to production, combining mechanical design expertise with real-world problem-solving.
* Key Responsibilities
– Design and develop new automated manufacturing systems from scratch, incorporating robotic and electromechanical components such as 6-axis articulated robots, cartesian systems, pneumatics, sensors, servo motors, and drive mechanisms.
– Generate and maintain design documentation, including technical specifications and assembly instructions.
– Create process design drawings, robotics production line planning and layout drawings.
– Create mechanical design drawings for custom production fixtures, machines, and robotic end of arm tooling.
– Select appropriate materials and manufacturing methods—considering cost, durability, and in-house fabrication capabilities (manual/CNC machining).
– Follow project through the fabrication phase, ensuring machine/fixture/tooling parts are made to specification and meet design requirements.
– Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems in production to ensure long-term reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness
– Collaborate with vendors to develop Machine Vision Technology suitable for our use-case (part orienting, quality inspection and sorting, diverse product line, many entry points)
