3D Designer

Mô tả công việc:

• Thiết kế và chế tạo khuôn mẫu dựa trên 3D có sẵn.
• Tính toán nhu cầu (kích thước, số lượng, độ cứng) nguyên vật liệu cần thiết và yêu cầu mua nguyên vật liệu đúng chủng loại.
• Thay đổi thiết kế cho phù hợp với yêu cầu.
• Cải tiến, thay đổi kết cấu khuôn, đồ gá cho phương án tốt hơn.
• Xuất bản vẽ 2D cho tổ gia công.
• Gia công chi tiết

• Design and manufacture molds based on available 3D models.
• Calculate material requirements (dimensions, quantity, hardness) and request the correct type of materials for purchase.
• Modify designs to meet specific requirements.
• Improve and modify mold and jig structures for better solutions.
• Generate 2D drawings for the machining team.
• Perform part machining.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Sử dụng thành thạo Autocad, 3D (NX, Creo, Pro …)
• Sử dụng thành thạo : Office
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm, nếu không có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo.
• Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, thái độ làm việc tích cực, chịu khó và trung thực
• Có kinh nghiệm trong kỹ thuật hoặc quy trình sản xuất là một lợi thế lớn.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D software (NX, Creo, Pro, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience is preferred; training will be provided if there is no experience
• High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, hardworking and honest
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes is a major advantage.
